Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any program with Voilà French. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms.

1. ABOUT VOILÀ FRENCH

Voilà French is an independent online French language coaching service operated by Karen TOULOUSE, based in France.

2. ENROLLMENT & DISCOVERY CALL

All prospective students are required to complete a complimentary 20-minute discovery call prior to enrolling in any program. This call allows Voilà French to assess the student's level, discuss their goals, and confirm that the chosen program is the right fit.

Voilà French reserves the right to decline enrollment to any prospective student following the discovery call, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3. PROGRAMS & PRICING

Voilà French currently offers three programs :

— French Intensive : The Small Group Experience 8-week program · 4 to 6 students · 1h30 per week

— French Mastery : The Private Coaching Journey 12 individual sessions · 55 minutes per session

— La Semaine Française : The Summer Intensive 5 consecutive days · 90 minutes per day · June, July & August

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your enrollment is the price confirmed at the time of booking.

4. PAYMENT

Full payment is required in advance to confirm enrollment. No spot is reserved without receipt of payment in full.

Payment methods accepted : bank transfer Wise

All transactions are processed securely. Voilà French does not store any payment information.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

BY THE STUDENT :

— Cancellation more than 7 days before the program start date : full refund, minus any transaction fees.

— Cancellation within 7 days of the program start date : no refund. A credit note valid for 3 months may be issued at the discretion of Voilà French.

— No-show on session day : session is considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

BY VOILÀ FRENCH :

In the unlikely event that Voilà French must cancel a program, students will receive a full refund or
the option to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort. Voilà French shall not be held liable for
any additional costs incurred by the student as a result of cancellation.

6. RESCHEDULING & MISSED SESSIONS

GROUP PROGRAMS :
Sessions take place on fixed scheduled dates. In the event of a student's absence, no individual
catch-up session will be provided. Session recordings may be shared at the discretion of Voilà French.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING :
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. A maximum of 2 sessions may be rescheduled over the course of the full program.Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered used.

LA SEMAINE FRANÇAISE :
Given the intensive nature of the program, no rescheduling is available. Missed sessions cannot
be refunded or substituted.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Students are expected to attend sessions on time,prepared and in an environment conducive to learning. Voilà French reserves the right to remove any student from a program — without refund — in the event of disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour toward the instructor or fellow students.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, documents, exercises and content provided by Voilà French are the exclusive intellectual property of Karen TOULOUSE / Voilà French. They may not be reproduced, shared, resold or distributed in any form without prior written consent.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Voilà French collects only the personal information necessary to manage your enrollment and deliver your program (name, email address, institution, French level). This information is never sold or shared with third parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting karentoulouse@voilafrench.fr

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Voilà French is committed to delivering high-quality instruction. However, results vary depending on each student's level of engagement, prior knowledge, and personal investment. Voilà French cannot guarantee specific outcomes or examination results.

Voilà French shall not be held liable for any technical issues beyond its control (internet outages, platform failures, etc.) that may disrupt a session. In such cases, a makeup session will be offered.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of voilafrench.fr or the delivery of its programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

12. AMENDMENTS

Voilà French reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will
be notified of any significant changes by email. Continued enrollment following such notification
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
